Questions
What counts as one film?
A 30–40 second video uses one film from your allowance; a 60–75 second video uses two. Your free trial includes one 30–40 second video. The selected allowance is counted when production starts: when you pick its script, or straight away if ShortEasy picks. Changing a finished film's hook, captions or music is free. Making it again from new scripts uses the same allowance again: one or two films, depending on its selected length.
What are edit credits?
Plans include 200 credits for 10 films, 600 for 30, or 1,200 for 60 each month. Generating World images and regenerating footage use them. You see the credits before you confirm. World uploads, descriptions and scene ordering, captions, hook text, positions, music, exports and previewing a shot change are free. Some neighbouring shots share footage and must be regenerated together; the preview lists them. Unused edit credits don't carry over.
Do I need a card for the free film?
No. Sign in with your Google account and make one film for free. No payment or subscription starts. We limit repeat trials using account, browser and network checks. If a shared connection is blocked, contact support.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from "Your plan" in the studio. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and you aren't charged again.
Do unused films carry over?
No. Each month starts with your plan's full number of films.
How much storage do I get?
The free trial includes 1 GB. Starter includes 5 GB, Creator 15 GB and Pro 30 GB. This is space for all the films, saved versions, Worlds and series files you keep, across months. At 80% we show a warning. When there isn't room for new work, download and permanently delete projects in Manage storage, or choose a bigger plan. Your existing films stay available. Extra automatic export copies pause when storage is full; you can still download your updated film. A downgrade or cancellation doesn't delete your files.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, any time. Moving up is charged straight away for the rest of the month. Moving down is credited against your next bills.
Who owns the films?
You do, so you can use them anywhere, including for business. Watch each film before you post it: AI can make mistakes. See the Terms.
Where can I post them?
Anywhere that takes vertical video. Each film is an MP4 at 1080×1920, ready for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't made a film since you were charged, ask within 14 days and we'll refund that charge in full. See the Refund Policy.
